What Is The Village?
The Village LLC, powered by The Joy of Business Strategy, is a dynamic coach-led, peer to peer community for small business owners seeking growth through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional support. Our mission is to inspire, challenge, and support you in achieving your personal and business goals. Much like a Mastermind group, each "Village" is led by a Strategic Coach and includes a peer group of 8 - 12 business owners who meet on a monthly basis to discuss goals, challenges, opportunities, and collectively identify ways to grow by looking at their business from a different perspective. Each month subject matter experts will deliver critical business growth information, tips, and techniques to bring value and difference making advice. Ultimately,
members should be able to gain skills, identify best practices, and explore new opportunities to help their
businesses grow.

- 12-month commitment
- Small to medium-sized businesses
- Business owners only
- Monthly breakfast or lunch sessions
- In Person & Virtual Villages Available
- Member investment - $550 per month or $6,000 annually
- Confidentiality Agreement or NDA required
